USA Ordering Options


1) Online Credit Card Orders (Visa/Mastercard/AmericanExpress) using our

     * You will receive an immediate acknowlegement of your online order via Email.
         Please provide your company name and email information in the online orderform!
          Using free or non-traceable email accounts (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc) will delay order processing.
     * Your Sales Receipt will be postal mailed to your billing  address, or will be packed
           with the shipment if same billing/shipment address.
     * USPS Priority Mail shipping costs are calculated during the online ordering process.
     * Optional Federal Express shipping available on your FedEx account number (orderform option).
            FedEx Standard Overnight or 2nd Day/Economy shipping can be selected and charged  to
            your FedEx account number (estimated total shipment weight will be provided when ordering).
            The FedEx  Shipment Tracking Number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
            See additional shipping options below if you have a different freight carrier account.
2) Corporate Purchase Orders
 *  Email <sales@demoboard.com> or Fax (530-677-7690) your purchase order to us.
 * Our std payment terms are net-30.
 * Please contact us by Email or phone if you need additional information for account setup.
 * To avoid processing delays, please include billing and ship-to addresses, contacts, phone, fax, email
          information,  shipping account number, and any special handling/shipping instructions.
        New customers, please include bank and credit information with the PO for review
 * We will ship the desired products and mail the invoice per your PO instructions.
 *  To avoid shipment delays, we prefer to ship on your FedEx or UPS  account number
        (FedEx is preferred).  Please include acct number and confirming Email address on the PO.
        Your shipmen Tracking Number will be emailed when your order is shipped.

USA Shipping Options
1) USPS Priority Mail  (additional shipping charge) is the default shipping method
     for online credit card orders (Plus  state sales tax for California shipments).
 * USPS Priority Mail shipping costs are calculated during the online ordering process.
2) Federal Express and other Shipping Options:
 * For  Purchase Orders and other shipping methods (FedEx or UPS),  please provide
        your shipper account number and/or detailed shipping instructions on the Purchase Order.
        (Note: UPS requires the zip code for the account billing address, so include this for using UPS)
Note:  DHL shipment options are no longer available.
 * For Credit Card orders and Federal Express shipping,  please provide your FedEx account
        number on the online orderform.
 * For Credit Card orders and other than FedEx shipping,  please select FedEx and use nine zeros
    for the account number and provide your UPS acct number +billing Zip  in the orderform
    comments field.   Please email us if you have other shipping questions.
 

USA Payment Options


1)  Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/AmericanExpress) using our

     * You will receive an immediate acknowlegement of your online order via Email.

2)  Corporate Checks - We will send invoices for Corporate POs.
      * Mail invoice payment, payable to: The Boardshop.

3)  Wire Transfers (Addn'l $10.00 fee) to cover bank charges
    (USA domestic ACH / EFT Payments not subject to fees if not charged by bank).
       * Please Email us regarding these payment options.

Returns Policy
1) All returns are subject to a 15% returns processing fee and we do not refund the shipping.
    Return shipping  is the responsibility of the customer and must be tracable to insure credit.
    Please email us for return authorization.  Returns are not accepted after 90 days from sale date.

Please do not include credit card information with Email correspondence;  Use our secure server orderform.
Please do not send questions or general correspondence by fax! Please inquire via Email

We offer quantity discounts  for 10 or more units; Inquire for quantity pricing to <sales@demoboard.com>
We will notify you immediately via Email  if the product(s) you have ordered are not available.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (we will advise if any delays via email).
Using our online orderform and credit card payment allows the fastest processing of your order.
