International Ordering Options


1) Online Credit Card Orders (Visa/Mastercard/AmericanExpress) using our

      *  Note:  Using our Online Credit Card ordering is the fastest method!
      * You will receive an immediate acknowlegement of your online order via Email.
        Please provide your company name and email information in the online orderform!
            Using free or non-traceable email accounts (Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc) will delay order processing
             or cancellation of your order.
      * Your Sales Receipt will be mailed to your billing address via USPS Airmail Letter
      * USPS International Priority Mail shipping costs are calculated during the online ordering process
         (additional costs import duty/taxes or other fees are not included, and may be due upon shipment receipt).

      * Federal Express shipping available if billed to your FedEx account number (orderform option).
            FedEx International Priority or Economy shipping can be selected and charged  to
             your FedEx account number (estimated total shipment weight will be provided when ordering).
            The FedEx  Shipment Tracking Number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
            See additional shipping options below for UPS  freight carrier account.
          FedEx is our preferred carrier options for international shipments (DHL is no longer available).
      * International customers will be solely responsible for applicable taxes, duty, and/or brokerage fees;
         Please contact your desired carrier for estimates of applicable import costs, based on shipment order value.

2) Corporate Purchase Orders
    Please contact us by Email before sending a purchase order!
  We will not honor international Purchase Orders without prior approval
 * Please send PO's as Email attachement-(preferred) for review and approval.  Alternatively, you can
    fax your PO (+1 530-677-7690), but please make sure the fonts are large enough to be readable.
 * Please make sure your Purchase Order is 100% ENGLISH language only..
     Non-english information on purchase orders may delay order processing.
 *  To avoid shipment delays, we prefer to ship on your FedEx account number.
        Please include acct number, desired shipment method,  and confirming Email address on the PO;
        Your shipment Tracking Number will be emailed when your order is shipped.
*  We cannot ship UPS international bill-recipient shipments at this time.
 * For PO or other ordering inquries, please contact our business office via Email
      Sales@demoboard.com
 * Note that Wire Transfer invoice payments require additional  $20.-30. USD charge for bank fees,
    and these will be added to the invoice.

International Shipping Options
1) +++ USPS International Priority Mail  (additional shipping charge) is available for international
     shipping, but for orders valued >$149.USD, we strongly recommend shipping option (2)...
     Please note that USPS International  shipments CANNOT be tracked outside the USA and
    we are can not be held responsible for shipment delays or lost international shipments!
  * USPS International Global Priority Mail shipping costs are calculated during the online ordering process
  * International customers will be solely responsible for applicable taxes, duty, and/or brokerage fees (if occured).
    (Additional fees/taxes may be due upon shipment delivery, based on shipment value; please contact your shipment carrier).
2) Federal Express and other Shipping Carrier Options: (recommended!)
  * For Credit Card orders and Federal Express shipping,  please provide your FedEx account
        number on the online orderform.
* For Purchase Orders and FedEx shipping,  please provide your FedEx account number and/or detailed
      shipping instructions on the Purchase Order.
 * International customers will be solely responsible for applicable taxes, duty, and/or brokerage fees (if occured).
    (Additional fees/taxes may be due upon shipment delivery, based on shipment value; please contact your shipment carrier).
        (Note: United Parcel Service  international bill-recipient shipping may also be available; please check
          with your country UPS agent to confirm before ordering and email us to advise you wish to ship with UPS).

International Payment Options


1)  Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/AmericanExpress) using our

     * You will receive an immediate acknowlegement of your online order via Email.

2)  Corporate Checks - Please make invoice payment in US Dollars
      * Mail invoice payment, payable to: The Boardshop.

3)  Wire Transfer (Addn'l $20-30 USD charge added to invoice to cover wire transfer bank fees).
       * Please Email us regarding these payment options.
       * Note: For International Wire invoice payments, we must add minimum $20.00 USD to invoices to cover
         bank fees associated with international wire transfer payment transactions.
          Please pay invoices in full to help us offset the cost of these bank fees.

Returns Policy
1) All international returns are subject to a  15% returns processing fee and we do not refund shipping.
    Return shipping  is the responsibility of the customer and must be by tracable carrier to insure credit.
    Please email us for return authorization.   Returns are not accepted after 90 days from sale date.

Please do not include credit card information with Email correspondence;  Use our secure server orderform.

We offer quantity discounts for 10 or more units ordered.  Inquire for quantity pricing to <sales@demoboard.com>
We will notify you immediately via Email  if the product(s) you have ordered are not available.
Normally, orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (we will advise if any delays via email).
Using our online orderform and credit card payment allows the fastest processing of your order.
